 This National Audit report on the financial management and activities of federal statutory bodies and subsidiary companies identified among others the following:
- 66 sales centres under the diesel subsidy scheme for fishermen does not have license. This scheme is under the jurisdiction of Lembaga Kemajuan Ikan Malaysia (LKIM)
- A residential college at University Malaysia Sarawak does not possess Certificate of Fitness
- Bank Pertanian Malaysia failed to oversee the financial standing of loan taking companies as stipulated in the agreement
